Control Panel
You can access your control panel at http://YourDomainName.com/cpanel/ using your assigned GetMeHosted.com user name and password.

FTP
ftp://YourDomainName.com. You will need to upload your files for your site to your  /public_html/ directory and cgi files to your /public_html/cgi-bin/ directory.

Mail
All Incoming (POP3) and Outgoing (SMTP) settings will be mail.YourDomainName.com. Your login (user name) when configuring your email client will be your full email address (YourUserName@YourDomainName.com). Not simply YourUserName. You can access your web based email at http://YourDomainName.com/webmail/

Name Servers
Your GetMeHosted.com name server information is included in the welcome email you received after your account was configured. It will show something like, NS#.GETMEHOSTED.COM and NS#.GETMEHOSTED.COM.

Support
All support requests will be directed to and handled through our Ticket Desk Support System located within your billing control panel. This method enables us to keep good records and provide the best support, as requests are delegated to the correct department most efficiently. Please do not email support@getmehosted.com unless you are receiving no response from the Ticket Desk.

We provide our members with a community forum. Although GetMeHosted.com staff may visit on occasion; they do not monitor or supply support through this forum. The GetMeHosted.com Community Forum is for our members to communicate with each other exchanging ideas, scripting help, web design, requests, etc. All server related support issues are to be submitted through our Ticket Desk Support System.
